Twitcident: Delft University takes the lead in making use of social media for incident response

Delft University is now taking the lead in innovative design when it comes to making use of social media for incident response. A group of researchers with Fabian Abel, Claudia Hauff, Geert-Jan Houben, Richard Stronkman and Ke Tao focusing on Social Semantic Web research have now launched a great innovation called Twitcident, where they harvest social media insights after an incident has happened.
