Disaster Tech Lab @ the Disaster Expo!

We’re pleased to announce that Disaster Tech Lab will be exhibiting at the Natural Disasters Expo USA on October 14–15 in Houston, Texas.
This year’s event brings together global leaders, practitioners, and innovators working at the forefront of disaster resilience—and we’re looking forward to being part of that conversation.
Meet us at our booth
Throughout the two-day exhibition at the Natural Disasters Expo USA, the Disaster Tech Lab team will be present at our booth in the exhibition hall of the George R. Brown Convention Center.
We invite you to stop by and:
- Learn more about our mission and field operations
- Explore the technologies we are building for crisis response and coordination
- Discuss collaboration opportunities across humanitarian, governmental, and private-sector initiatives
- Find out how you can contribute or join our growing network
Whether you work in emergency management, logistics, data systems, or humanitarian response, we’re keen to connect with people building practical solutions for real-world crises.
About the event
The Natural Disasters Expo USA returns to Houston as one of the leading international gatherings focused on disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
Co-located with the Resilient City Expo and the newly introduced Power Continuity and Chemical Risk Expo, the event brings together a wide ecosystem of stakeholders working on resilience at every level—from infrastructure and utilities to emergency response and urban planning.
Across two packed days, attendees can expect:
- A large-scale exhibition of cutting-edge tools, platforms, and services
- Keynote talks and technical sessions from frontline experts
- Roundtables and workshops on coordination, logistics, infrastructure resilience, and climate adaptation
- Practical, solution-driven discussions focused on real operational challenges
Why Houston matters
Houston is not just a host city—it is a case study in disaster resilience. As a region regularly impacted by hurricanes, flooding, and extreme weather events, it has developed deep operational experience in large-scale emergency response and recovery.
This makes it a particularly relevant setting for the conversations happening at the expo: grounded, urgent, and focused on what actually works in the field.
Let’s connect in Houston
Disaster Tech Lab is looking forward to engaging with partners, practitioners, and innovators who are actively working to improve disaster preparedness and response systems worldwide.
