Disaster Tech Lab (DTL) is preparing for another vital mission to support the civilian population in Ukraine. For nearly three years, we have provided essential communication systems and humanitarian assistance to those impacted by the ongoing conflict, with a strict focus on helping civilians. This winter, our efforts will focus on the Odessa Oblast region, where many families face severe hardships. Across Ukraine, over 14 million people—about 40% of the population—are in urgent need of help.
As winter approaches, many families are facing unimaginable challenges. They lack adequate heating, clothing, and even basic shelter. To help, DTL will deliver and install vital communication equipment, as well as provide warm clothing and renewable power solutions like solar, wind, and fossil fuel generators.
